Green Lantern Production Cel - ID: auglantern19166

An original production cel from the "Green Lantern" segment of the Filmation Studios animated series "The Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure" (1967-1968). Featuring a fantastic image of Evil Star being punched in the face by a fist that Green Lantern has summoned, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled "Evil is As Evil Does" which aired in 1967. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x12.5", the cel is in very good condition with a small speck of paint missing from the glove and stuck on the surface of Evil Star's cel. Also included is the matching production drawing.
